An event concept doesn’t begin with a visual reference. It begins with the interpretation of a brief. The starting point is to understand the purpose of the initiative, the brand’s objectives, the profile of the attendees and the perception the brand aims to create through the experience.

From there, we define a central idea that guides both creative and technical decisions. This idea evolves into a narrative that brings together space, lighting, sound, materials, rhythm and moments of interaction. Every element serves a purpose, contributing to a cohesive experience rather than existing purely for decorative effect.

At this stage, we also ask an essential question: if we removed the stage, the décor and all the visual elements, what would need to remain for the experience to still make sense? The answer helps us identify what truly sets the event apart and prevents aesthetics from overshadowing its purpose.

Only once this structure is in place do we explore visual references and solutions. Creative direction is precisely about translating an intention into a tangible experience, ensuring that every choice reinforces the brand’s message.

Because a well-crafted concept doesn’t simply give an event its form. It gives meaning to everything that happens within it.
